Normans Business Solutions have been supplying Beyond Housing (previously Coast & County Housing) for over six years. 

During my role as the Cleaning Manager, I have never been left disappointed by the reliability and speed of the Normans ordering process, delivery and the subsequent invoicing.  It is very important to myself and the Beyond Housing cleaning team that this ‘behind the scenes’ process runs efficiently.

I feel confident in the service that the Normans team provide us.  The receiving of the stores we order is usually the following working day and small touches like Tara contacting myself with relevant promotional offers proves that she understands our service needs and values my time by not bombarding me with offers that are irrelevant to our department.

This allows myself and the team of 23 cleaners to provide the high-quality service that our valued customers deserve.
